What’s Banana?
Banana is an elongated, edible fruit, botanically a berry produced by several kinds large flowers (herbaceous) in the genus Musa. They’re tasty and also have some convenient source of some important nutrients. This plant has been there since ancient times and it’s health benefit is getting large amounts of numbers in every century. It comes in yellow or green carrying case. You can eat it raw or mixed with your favorite smoothies i.e banana bread, banana sandwich etc.
