What Is E-Payslip?
E-Payslip is a document that displays the amount of income tax deducted from an employee’s wages in a given period of time. Examples of deductible income are taxes payable, medical insurance premiums, pension etc.
To be able to have e-payslip, one needs to have a registered account.
How To Register For An E-Payslip Account
- For new users visit www.gogpayslip.com
- Click on “Register for E-Payslip
- A registration code will be needed from your Head of Department to register so it’s advisable get that from your HOD
- After getting the code from your HOD, continue to register
- Enter and confirm your employee number
- Create a password and confirm
- Now enter the code acquired from your HOD
- Enter your phone number and confirm
- You will receive a code to confirm you’re human. Enter the code given
- Now click cross check if any details provided is correct before you click on “Register” to setup your account
- Enter your login details to access your dashboard.

How To Access & Check Your Payslip Online (E-Payslip)
- After successfully creating your account at www.gogpayslip.com, login again to access your dashboard by entering “employee number and password”
- You will be granted access to the payslip dashboard
- Now click on “My payslip” and select the month you want to view, download or print
- Click on generate and scroll through to have a view of your payslip
- If you want to save or download it, scroll down and tap or click on print
- Choose whether you want to be a hard or soft copy either on your phone or computer.
