The giant telecom MTN Ghana has announced plans to increase the cost of data from Monday, November 14, 2022 

The telecom has sent messages to its customers on Thursday, November 10, 2022 that they should be ready for review on their data. 


Inflation in Ghana keeps soaring over the last six months reaching over 40.4%. 
Already food prices are not decreasing whiles the cost of Bible have been reviewed upwards by the Bible Society of Ghana. 

Now the cost of internet data is next topic in town. MTN did not explain what is behind the increase in data charges but says, Ghanaians should be ready ahead of the release of new changes and charges.
