Musk has fully owned Twitter since October 27. He said he will resign as CEO of Twitter once he finds a replacement, in a response to a poll he launched that suggested users of Twitter wanted him to step down. 

Musk has used the Twitter polls to take other decisions on the platform. The reinstatement of the account of former US president Donald Trump was done through Twitter polls. 

In the poll results which were posted on Monday, majority voters were on the hand of Musk stepping down as the CEO of Twitter.
I will resign as CEO as soon as I find someone foolish enough to take the job. I will just run the software and servers teams. Musk tweeted
